Participant Registration Form (Updated 08/22/2023)
The application should be filled out completely and submitted with payment.
- Sections 1, 2 & 3 - to be completed by the applicant.
- Section 4, the pastor's statement and signature should be attempted to be completed so that the applicant's pastor is aware of the applicant's attendance at the weekend. However, if a pastor's signature can not be obtained, the applicant CAN still come on the weekend. Therefore, a pastor's signature for the application is recommended, but not required.
- Section 5 - to be completed by the sponsor
- Weekend Fee - to be attached with the application when submitted to Pre-Weekend Chair.
Team Registration Form (updated 08/22/2023)
The team application should be filled out completely and submitted to the Head Cha with full payment. A pastor's signature is required for a team member's application.
Scholarships are reserved for candidates, so if a team member is having difficulty paying for the full team fee they can consider the following options:
- Obtain a sponsor
- Request help from your church
- Request help from your reunion group
- Talk to the Rector/Rectora
ALTD Documents
Our aim is to be transparent in the conduct of the business of Abundant Life Tres Dias. To that end, we provide here PDF copies of the Tres Dias Essentials, our ALTD Bylaws, Team Training Manual and ALTD Policies and Procedures. Also, as an item of interest, we have compiled and include a list of all the rectors and rectoras for our weekends.
